VIRTUAL STUDENTS WILL RECEIVE CLASS ACCESS INSTRUCTIONS VIA EMAIL

NO TOUCH REGISTRATION & CHECK IN - ALL in house transactions are suspended until further notice. - Students are required to make all class registrations and purchases ONLINE prior to visiting FFS. - ALL check-in services (self-check-in kiosk and front desk) are suspended until further notice. - Only those students that have successfully registered for class are authorized to enter the building.

- ALL persons will enter the building from the main entrance no more than 10 minutes prior to class start time.

NO TOUCH POLICY & SOCIAL DISTANCING - Students are to remain distanced at all times while in the building and use floor markings as a guide of where to stand during classes. - Students are expected to follow our “NO TOUCH” policies by not engaging in hugs, kisses, handshakes, or other person to person contact.

- Use of the lobby is restricted for a “use of passage” to restrooms ONLY.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO OTHERS - If you or anyone in your household has experienced any symptoms, do not enter the studio without receiving proper testing, diagnosis, clearance from a doctor, and/or proper self-quarantine. - A 14 day waiting period before visiting the studio after road travel outside of the Hillsborough County area is ENCOURAGED, outside the State of Florida is STRONGLY REQUESTED, and outside of the United States or ANY air travel is REQUIRED. - Individuals must PROPERLY wash their hands regularly and prior to their visit.

*** USE OF FACE MASKS*** ALL persons will wear masks when not physically active or socially distanced.  Masks can be removed once in the main room and socially distanced from other students.  Masks are required to be worn in the lobby area at all times.

WHAT ELSE YOU SHOULD KNOW - All surfaces and door handles are disinfected before and after every class. - To allow for more circulation of air and space between individuals, the studio is not currently divided into two rooms. - Class sizes are reduced to provide 144sq ft of dance space per person. - FlavaFitness Studio will not distribute any shared equipment. Classes that require independent equipment (mats, weights, sticks, etc.) will remain virtually and/or with using a “BYOE” system.
