Our regular weekly schedule
does not change from month to month. We only update our online schedule when a class is added or removed from the weekly schedule

What is the difference between a "regular class" and a "specialty class"?
Classes that are marked with icons under the class
title have special requirements or circumstances and may be considered a "specialty" class due to the rareness of the class or because
it is offered in sessions. All classes that are not marked with any icon under the title are considered "regular classes" for all
pricing purposes and do not require any advance registration or sign up.
What should I wear to attend class?
Any comfortable,
light weight clothing will work for all classes. However, for Pole classes it is best to have the skin exposed in order to "grip"
the pole. Therefore, tank tops and shorts are recommended. Proper shoes for fitness classes are very important. We recommend tennis
shoes and can provide guidance for your next shoe purchase.
