Salsa lessons for all levels. No need to bring a partner. Move freely up and down the levels as you feel comfortable. You will learn the proper techniques from four different instructors with over 30 years of teaching experience and responsible for training some of Tampa's HOTTEST Latin Dancers.

HOT HULA Fitness®
A fun, new and exciting dance workout. It provides a “total body workout” in 6o minutes. Chair Dancing
This fun and sexy class offers the hottest new way to tone and sculpt. With the
use of the chair, you can not only have fun being sexy but perform certain movements that you normally wouldn't be able to accomplish
without the support for your back and assistance in maintaining your balance. Although the movements are generally slow, you
will still obtain an intense work-out because the movements are very controlled and require muscle control. This class also
uses faster high impact music and movements in conjunction with the slow and sexy ones to provide interval training. For more
fun, feel free to dress the part. Some ideas: Men's dress shirt, tie, hat, heels, etc.

The HOTTEST trend to join the fitness industry!!! Learn the techniques of
maneuvering up, down, and around the pole while obtaining a great workout. You will use muscles that you never knew you had

In this class, students
will learn how to use the techniques, spins and tricks they have taught in the Pole Fitness classes to develop choreography. This class is structured to encourage free expression, stronger technique, and free flowing movements.

*Burlesque
If you love exploring your inner sexy and want to build self-confidence, you will love this class. This class will cover all of the basic concepts of Burlesque dancing with and without props (fans, boas, gloves, etc.) and is guaranteed to improve yoru confidence and bring your sexy back! The moves are many times slow and controlled which provide some strength training.

A unique combination of Pilates principles and the sensuality of Burlesque.

*Bellydance
Building
off of "Belly Beat", you will continue your technique training and learn short choreographies. This class will also make use
of props in Middle Eastern dance, including zills, cane, veil and fan. Choreographies will include the use of traditional music
but also introduce fusion pieces such as burlesque/bellydance, Latin/bellydance, African/bellydance to name a few. If you express
an interest to the instructor, you may also be asked to perform these choreographies as a member of a dance troupe at local events
and haflas.
Flava Stretch
A basic stretching and relaxation class. This class was designed for those who have the need for
a stretching class but are intimidated or bored with traditional Yoga. In this class you will conduct various stretching exercises
into a calm relaxing state that will have you ready to start you week off refreshed.

Learn the basic concepts used in all of our classes. You will learn the correct ways to do the movements in order
to prevent injury and obtain the best results from your workout. Some of these include body isolations, footwork, and specific

This is an introductory class to bellydance techniques for fitness benefits. You'll learn basic isolations of hips, abs, and shoulders in a variety of drills and combinations to strengthen your core and increase your flexibility. You'll be introduced to various rhythms such as "baladi", "saidi" and "chiftitelli" which inspire the creative movement in improvisational performance of Egyptian and Turkish stylization.
